The Dutch formulas Albert Heijn and Jumbo are active in the Belgian market.
So far this has resulted in both formulas accounting for a total of 4.6% of the total m² wvo (store floor area) of Flemish supermarket supply.
According to Locatus figures, this amounts to over 97,000 m² wvo.
Albert Heijn is currently still a street length ahead of rival Jumbo.
